For Sale Terms & Conditions

1. If you want to post an advertisement, read below conditions and submit details to the webmaster by email.
2. The posting is manually done by the webmaster, hence it may not be posted immediately.
3. All advertisements must contain seller's contact details, either a phone number or an email address.
4. Only the MR2 club members, their friends, or family are allowed to post an advertisement.
5. You may have more than one item for sale.
6. All items that are for sale must be related to cars.
7. All items must include its sale price.
8. You may include a link to another website for more information.
9. The item that is for sale must not be commercial in nature. ie, Only private sale is allowed.
10. If the item is sold, you must notify the webmaster then the advertisement will be erased. Otherwise, you will keep receiving calls from buyers.
11. The ACT MR2 Owners Club and webmaster are not responsible for any liabilities or damages caused by the items sold. The webmaster's only role is to post the advertisement for the sellers.
12. The webmaster is not responsible for any illegal items sold. No illegal item will be sold on the website.
13. Negotiation is only performed between the seller and buyers, unless the webmaster is selling or buying.
14. No offensive material will be posted.
15. Buyer may be a general public, not necessarily a club member. You may refer to the webpage by the link.
16. Small items such as parts will not be on individual pages - all small items will be listed in one page. Up to 3 photos maybe included, and they will be resized to suit the webpage.
17. Large items such as cars or a kit package, can have individual pages. More than 2 photos maybe shown on the pages.
18. The webmaster does not receive any loyalty or funds from any sales. All advertisements are free.
